Elite Bar V2 2015

The 2015 revision swapped the depower strap for a clam cleat and hardened the wear points: PU sleeving on the depower and safety lines, and a stainless steel insert in the bar hole. Star sold this same bar as the Elite v5 before renumbering the line.
